Kanamac 500Mg Injection is an effective antibiotic drug mostly used to treat adverse bacterial infections or patients suffering from advanced tuberculosis. This drug is effectual only against bacterial infections and will not work for viral infections. The drug inhibits the protein production of bacteria that is essential to build cell walls, grow rapidly and survive. This drug is administered for a short-term treatment period only. The drug can be injected intravenously, directly into a muscle. It is also available for oral intake. The medicine has been proven safe for breastfeeding mothers but is usually not recommended for pregnant women as it may cause health complications to the foetus.
