Keftaaz As 1000 Mg/125 Mg Injection is used for treating certain bacterial infections that include pneumonia and skin, kidney as well as urinary tract infections. It can be combined with other medications for treating infections in the abdominal area. Belonging to the drug group known as cephalosporin antibiotics, Keftaaz As 1000 Mg/125 Mg Injection is also used in treating patients with high fever having a greater risk of an infection, due to the low white blood cell count. The medication kills the bacteria, thus preventing the infection from spreading in the body. It is administered by an injection into a vein or a muscle, as instructed by your doctor. It is available in powder form that can be mixed with liquid and also in a pre-mixed liquid form.
