KUPFFER TONE AB TABLET is used in the treatment of long-term and severe alcohol intoxication. This medication works by accelerating the clearance of alcohol from the blood. It is also being used nowadays for the treatment of ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity syndrome) and Fragile X syndrome.
On using KUPFFER TONE AB TABLET you may experience side effects of diarrhoea, skin rash, drowsiness and numbness. If your reactions do not go away even after a few days, visit your doctor right away.
Before starting your KUPFFER TONE AB TABLET treatment, discuss with your doctor if: you are taking any prescription or non-prescription drugs, vitamins, herbal and dietary supplements, you are pregnant, or are planning to become pregnant or are nursing a baby or you have been scheduled for any surgery in the near future.

How does this medication work?
This medication acts as an antagonist of the 5-HT2B receptor. Scientific evidence shows that it decreases that activity of GABA transaminase enzyme. In vitro experiment shows that this drug succeeded in reducing alcohol dehydrogenase activity.
