About Lacosam 50Mg Tablet

Being an anticonvulsant, Lacosam tablet works by slowing the abnormal nerve impulses in the brain. It is used to treat partial-onset seizures in people. If you have severe liver problems or allergies to any of the ingredients of this medication, then you should not take it. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or breastfeeding.

Do not use this medication if you’re taking any prescription or non-prescription drugs, herbal medicines and diet supplements. Never take a double dose of this medication, it is better that you skip it till the next time you take it. Do not stop taking the medicine suddenly as it can put you at an increased risk of having seizures.
