Hello, if your baby is satisfied after every feed, passes stool every day & passes urine 5-6 times a day, gaining weight, then stop worrying. Milk flows wen baby sucks at breast. Anxiety & worry will hamper milk secretion.
Have healthy diet comprising lots of seasonal fruits & vegetables, with atleast 1 glass of milk every day.
Enjoy your motherhood.

There is no medicine known to increase brest milk production. It is controlled by a complex mechanism of touch & pressure of breast leading to chain of harmones production resulting in breast milk secretion. In short it is demand & supply mechanism, more a child sucks more he gets Exclusive.Breast feed your child at least for first5-6 months. You can express milk if child is unable to take due to any reason to ensure constant supply.

No it's not possible to get milk minus getting pregnant. Dome grannies do put the kid on breast, it soothes the baby only. Natural foods to enhance lactam is dates, nuts, jeera, ajwain, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and boiled eggs plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine.

Yes she can take. Other than that, reassure her and encourage her to keep breastfeeding. The emotional bond between mother and child will help in milk generation also.
