Hello,
if you have been taking your birth control pills regularly from day 2 of your cycle then you are pregnancy safe as you wouldn't have ovulated during this cycle at all.

Hi dear. Welcome to lyberate. I understand your problem. If your husband does not want to take precautions then I suggest you take the necessary precautions. I suggest you start taking low dose or contraceptive pills like loette. This will prevent pregnancy and also regularise your cycles. You can take them for as long as you do wish a pregnancy. All the best. Hope this information helps you.

I need to know what type of ovarian cancer you had and what was the exact nature of treatment in order to help. I would suggest you get a serum fsh and estradiol done as a minimum.

I would suggest you consider hormonal pills like Loette for 3-6 months to regularise and reduce your periods. Also get your Hb checked to see if you are anaemic.

Heavy bleeding sometimes is normal, but if it is regular, it means the pitta dosha is increased in body. Give her cooling foods like coconut, ghee, milk etc. Avoid salt, spices, sour foods, junk foods, tea coffee etc. If the problem persists, then medicine may have to be given. Contact me again for that.
