Hello Dr, She is my friend. Before few month her husband tried to do sex her back side. From that time she feel pain and bleeding when she goes to get fresh. What should wo do Dr. please help us.

Avoid constipation
take syrup looz 30 ml. In night time.
Apply anovate ointment after passing stool twice a day for 7 days.

My son is two and half year old. He has a problem of constipation since one year. He drink lots of water. But he dont want to eat vegetables inspire of he eat roti and plain rice. And sometimes noodles, chips, applies, pomegranate etc. We also give him juice daily. But still he take lots of milk at least 1 litre daily. I consulted with a pediatrician last year in december. She recommend looz lectulose solution. I gave my son looz syrup around two months but still problem was not solved. Than doctor recommend lexopeg (polyethylene glycol). It is working but still sometimes he get constipated. But the main problem is when he wants to poop. He has put much pressure. Sometimes he poop loose but still he must put much pressure. Another problem is he dont want to sit for poop. Kindly suggest what should I do?

give him green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foods,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal.

Hello doctors. My hubby is suffering from constipation for last 1 week. Today he is complaining of heat inside his stomach. He feels he got ulcers in his throat and tongue. He is continuously having hot water but of no use. Please suggest some home remedy. Today he consumed looz. If it won't help then we planning to consult doctor tomorrow. Please Help.

More water, increase vegetables,
avoid spicy and oily food,
tab kio fiber -2 tab with two glass of water at bad time for 3 to 4 days.

My daughter is 7 yrs old. 4 days ago she got fever of 99.5 degree for 2 days. Complained of pain in lower abdomen. Her urine exam showed 5-7 rbc and 3-4 pus cells. Her usg is normal. No fever now but she occassionaly complaints of pain. Motion is very hard.

Constipation may be the cause. Did you give her anthelmintic medicine any time? try giving her duphalac/or looz syrup 5 ml at bedtime and inform me privately fro regular advice.
