About Lupisulide P 100Mg/500Mg Suspension

Lupisulide P 100Mg/500Mg Suspension is an anti-inflammatory pain killer, containing Nimesulide and Paracetamol as active ingredient. It can be used to treat acute pain, pain related to menstrual cramps, backache, post-operative pains, osteoarthritis and fever.

As this medicine is a combination of two drugs belonging to the same class, which is NSAID (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). This medication functions by blocking the cyclooxygenases which actually produces pain signals in our body.

This drug works by exerting pain relieving activities. Cyclooxygenases and Prostaglandin are the reasons for the occurrence of inflammation, swelling of joints and other acute pains.

Cyclooxygenase is a type of enzyme which produces compounds known as Prostaglandin. The existence of Prostaglandin in your body creates inflammation in joints, swelling and pain. This medication is a cyclooxygenase inhibitor, so it effectively reduces these symptoms.

If this medicine is given in high dosage, these drugs can also be used in treating inflammation in the body. But it is not good to use the drug for a prolonged period due to its harmful side effects. It is always advisable to finish the passage within 15 days.
