About Magnesium Bisglycinate

Magnesium Bisglycinate is a mineral essential for the various enzymatic reactions that occur in our body. It is required for the formation of protein, healthy teeth and bones, fatty acids, activating vitamin B, nerve transmission, supporting muscle activity, clotting blood, relaxing blood vessels, ensuring intestinal mobility and temperature regulations. It is an excellent aid for anxiety, depression, and migraine headaches. Magnesium Bisglycinate is also useful for removing bronchial spasm, enhancing insulin sensitivity, improving endothelial dependent vasodilation, modulating intracellular electrical activity.
