Maxgalin is a composition of Methylcobalamin and Pregabalin. Methylcobalamin or in general term Vitamin B-12 is one of the most important nutrients required in the human body. A lack of this vitamin can cause severe and permanent neurological damage. This medication is used by people of all ages suffering from gut disease. It plays a key role in the functioning of the brain and nervous system and in the formation of the red blood cells.

• Are there any missed dose instructions?

  Try not to miss the dose, you need not take a double dose incase you have missed the previous one.

  In case of overdose consult a doctor. The symptoms include nausea and uneasy stomach.

This capsule acts as a cofactor for enzyme methionine synthase, which transfers methyl groups for the regeneration of methionine from homocysteine. In anemia, it increases blood cell production by promoting nucleic acid synthesis in the bone marrow and by promoting maturation and division of erythrocytes. Lastly, it also acts a GABA analog and binds to the voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system.
