MEGALIS

Megalis is usually prescribed for male patients suffering from erectile dysfunction and enlarged prostate gland. It also treats pulmonary arterial hypertension which occurs when there is too much blood pressure in the lungs. It is available in tablet form. The side effects of this drug include memory impairment, loose motions, headaches, back pain, cold, hot flashes and muscle pain.

Uses

Tadalafil treats erectile dysfunction (inability to achieve or maintain penile erection), symptoms of enlarged prostate gland in males (benign prostatic hyperplasia) like difficulty while urinating, painful urination and urinary urgency. It also treats increased blood pressure in lungs (pulmonary arterial hypertension).

Side Effects

Memory loss, sore throat, upset stomach, back pain, muscle pain, headache, diarrhea, sneezing, stuffy nose, facial redness, feeling of warmth

Expert Advice

It is recommended to consume this medicine just once per day. It’s advised to take this at least 1 hour before any sexual activity. Consult your doctor if there is an erection for more than 4 hours. It’s better to have this empty stomach. Avoid this drug if you are already taking nitrate drugs for chest or heart problems. Don’t drive or operate machines when you are on the course of this medicine as it might cause dizziness. Consumption of alcohol should be avoided. Intake of grapefruit should be also be avoided as it might increase the side effects.

How it works?

Tadalafil belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors which increases the blood flow in the penis by relaxing and widening the blood vessels and helps achieve and maintain sufficient erection for sexual activity. It improves the blood flow to the prostate and relaxes the muscles in the prostate gland and the bladder which helps to relieve the urinary symptoms. Similarly, relaxation of blood vessels in lung leads to lowering of blood pressure.

I am 48 yrs have problem with my erections i am taking megalis tablet but then it creates high acidity and after that i get good erection but if i suddenly get any tension or something else comes to my mind and i get a sudden drop in my erection what should i do somebody suggested i should eat olive can u help me please or sugest me what i should do

I am diabetic patent from last 6 year and taking insulin everyday. Now my sex is destroying day by day, there is no erection, initially I took local viagra and had some benefit but from last 2 year it stopped giving any benefit. I have not some sex with my wife since long, I do not have bp problem and sugar level is also under control but no erection pla advice me the medicine which can aave my life, last time your docter adviced me to take megalis 20 but no benefit.

You need to do blood tests Hb, TC, DC, HbA1C, Prolactin, TSH and Testosterone. Stop smoking if you smoke. Since megalis 20 had no effect you do these tests.

You either have problem in getting erection or maintaining it for the required time during sexual intercourse. At your age this could be due to both medical reasons or psychological. I would advise you to get some investigations done.
- fasting blood sugars
- serum lipid profile with serum cholesterol - serum testosterone
till then you may use tab. Megalis 10 mg, one tablet 1-2 hours before starting intercourse.

This drug is used for sexual stimulation and helps in erection. Don't depend on these drugs as it does have side effects. You need to be calm and composed during love making as its all in mind. If you still do not get desired results, you may take homoeopathic treatment.

I suffer ED problem since 4 yrs. Took megalis 20. But no effect. Tried penegra 50 then increased dose to 100. Penegra 100 action starts after 4-5 hrs and remains efficacy for 4-5 hrs. Now ED drugs stopped. Please. Help.
