Mestilon Tablet is an orally active androgenic steroid (AAS) and a dihydro derivative of testosterone (DHT) that is the male sex hormone. It is a weak androgen and is used in the treatment of hypogonadism in men, which is a condition where the testes are not able to produce enough testosterone. This is also used by bodybuilders to temporarily improve vascularity and to maintain libido off-cycle.

The medicine can be fatal if you are pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding and hence, you should not take it under such conditions.
