Monosprin 30 Capsule is primarily used to avoid an angina attack. It widens blood vessels allowing increased blood flow to the heart. This medicine falls under the category of drugs called nitrates. It is sold under different trade names in different countries.
This medicine is a combination of Isosorbide Mononitrate (30mg) and Aspirin (75mg). These two are used in combination to provide prophylactic treatment of angina pectoris (heart-related chest pain).
