About Myo Pyrolate Injection

Myo Pyrolate Injection belongs to a class of medications called anticholinergics. It is used in the treatment of ulcers. It reduces secretions in the throat, mouth and stomach before and after surgery. For curing peptic ulcers it is sometimes used in combination with other medications. Myo Pyrolate Injection acts as a barrier to the activity of certain natural substances in the body.

You may experience certain side effects on using this medication. This includes reactions such as dryness of the mouth, blurred vision, headaches, clouded thoughts, nervousness, fatigue, dizziness, stomach problems, vomiting and constipation. In case you experience any severe side effects, notify your doctor. Such effects include diarrhoea, hives and breathing problems.

    Myo Pyrolate Injection is a synthetic acetylcholinergic substance which competitively binds to muscarinic acetylcholine receptor and inhibits the acetylcholine activity in peripheral cholinergic receptors and reduces volume and free acidity of gastric secretions, also controlling excessive secretions from pharyngeal, tracheal, and bronchial regions.
