Hi lybrate user, you can stop cap naturogest provided that no high risk factors, and sonography report is normal. As you have crossed risk period for abortion, you can stop naturogest if everything is alright.

Naturogest is progesterone which is secreted by pregnancy to maintain it. As it is naturally secreted then there is no need to take progesterone. Progesterone tablets have become fashion and a source of income these days for the doctors. There is no need to take any medicines except folic acid in the first 3 months. The problem which you r facing is very common and has no solution.

Till your placenta gets developed thats upto 12 weeks of pregnancy, progesterone is given as prevention of getting abortion, and chances are more during first 12 weeks one reason which is insufficient progesterone, so continue upto you complete your 3 months.

Pcos can shatter you plans of getting pregnant. You need to get regular check up and have proper diet, sleep and exercise. You may also take homoeopathic treatment for the same.

You should continue myonext. But main treatment of pcos is not drugs, it's life style changes- diet and exercise. If periods are delayed by more than 2 weeks, you should consult gynecologist to take drugs for starting periods.
