About Octride 100Mg Injection

This injection is a somatostatic agent. This medication acts as a synthetic protein similar and used for the treatment of acromegaly to reduce the growth of excess hormone. It is used to treat severe cases of diarrhea, flushes, and types of cancer. It functions by decreasing the blood levels of hormones and chemical messengers.

It is sold under the trade name of Sandostatin. Before using this injection notify your doctor if: you are allergic to any of the ingredients contained within this injection. Also, you have any other allergies, and you are taking any prescription or non-prescription drugs.
