Are you eating from outside? What about the water you are drinking? It should ideally be boiled or mineral water. Have you taken treatment for amebiasis?

Take plenty of ORS with mineral water.
Take tablet ornof twice a day for 3 days.

Dental tips: -
Visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Hw many times you had gone? what is the type of stool? is it watery or like rice water yellowish or greenish? take tab o2 400mg bdx5 days. Econorm sachet tds. Tab vit-z od. If fever take dolo650 mg bd.

If this pain is first time then take medicine prescribed by your dentist otherwise extraction is best treatment.

As per your complains and symptoms, you have caries with pulpitus. Get an x-ray done to decide whether you need filling or rct. For temporary relief from pain take ketorol dt 2 tabs dissolved in half cup of water and ornof 2 tabs daily for 5 days. And consult the doctor for rct. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash for 15 days.
