Pantop syrup is used to treat heartburn, stomach ulcer, and acidity. The medicine composition includes Dimethicone, Aluminium hydroxide, Milk of Magnesia, Sorbitol. A patient can suffer from a few side effects which includes dehydration, Diarrhea, constipation. It is advised to consume this syrup as prescribed by the doctor.

Missed dose should be taken as soon as possible. It is recommended to skip your missed dose, if it is the time for your next scheduled dose. It is advised to take medical help immediately in case of overdose.

Pantop MPS Syrup is composed of Dimethicone, aluminium hydroxide, milk of magnesia and sorbitol. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medication which helps in disintegrating gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Aluminium hydroxide is an inorganic salt that neutralises the excess acid in stomach. Milk of magnesia and sorbitol are laxatives that work by drawing water into the intestine through osmosis, making the stools soft and easier to pass.
