This is a combination medication which has Methylcobalamin and Pregabalin as active ingredients. It is a naturally occurring coenzyme form of Vitamin B12, which circulates through the bloodstream. In addition to the Vitamin B12 structure, it has an additional methyl containing metal-alkyl group. It helps the body to produce red blood cells and can be used as a dietary supplement.

Blood tests can affirm the deficiency of this medication. It is taken as a supplement to fight against the degenerative cell condition called Multiple sclerosis. It acts as a stress reliever for the body and mind and is also used for cancer treatment.

This medication acts as a cofactor for enzyme methionine synthase, which transfers methyl groups for the regeneration of methionine from homocysteine. In anemia, it increases blood cell production by promoting nucleic acid synthesis in the bone marrow and by promoting maturation and division of erythrocytes. Pregabalin is a GABA analog and binds to the voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. This causes a reduced release of neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, substance P thus slowing down nerve signals.
