Hello,
most common chronic skin disease, almost in all age group due to wrong food habit, excess starch, sugar n fatty acid, chronic constipation, and menstrual problem in female are some of the causes behind pimples.
Diet:
fresh fruits & juice, fresh steamed vegetable n soup, salad butter milk or cured in very useful for fast result.
Home remedy:
1 a teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder and apply

You can take berberis aq. 30 / 5 drops in one teaspoon of water thrice a day for one week.

pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens
2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles

Hi,
Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily.
Prevention:
-Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face!
-Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress horm...more

If this lesion is there since two to three months then it is less likely to be pimple. Pl send its pics
