About Pirfenex 200mg Tablet

Pirfenex is an antifibrotic agent. It treats mild cases of a lung disease called idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Before using this medication notify your doctor if:

The drug results in the decrease of TGF-beta2 mRNA and TGF-beta2 protein levels as a consequence to the decline of the expression and prevention of the TGF-beta pro-protein convertase furin.
