Eat meals at frequent intervals.
Eat a mid meal between each main meal.
Avoid junk foods.
Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Exercise at least 4-5 times a week.
Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a nutrient dense meal.

You are going to gym and that will definitely benefit you, you need not panic. If you are not getting good and nutritious diet in your hostel then you can manage it yourself. You have to keep with you pulses and pulses products (sprouted chana mung, roasted chana mung, sattu pani with lemon, kurmura (puffed rice, fruits and some vegetables like cucumber, tomato, onion, etc. Which can be eaten raw. You can also keep with you some healthdrinks like horlicks, protinex, etc.

Don't take too much stress as you are under consultation of gynaecologist, check your bp on regular basis, start protinex powder 2 tsf in milk, take a healthy diet. Regards

If child is fine and very active and naughty too, I don't think you should worry at all. Ask her to exercise in order to get muscle strength. We have to realize that we have no control over the growth pattern. We can eat healthy, exercise adequately and have faith, patience. Everything works out well.
