An antibiotic drug Pulmocef 1.5 GM Injection is a part of the class of medicines called cephalosporin. This broad spectrum antibiotic cures wide variety of infections that are caused by bacteria. It is used in the treatment of conditions such as acute or chronic bronchitis, tonsillitis, Lyme disease, Chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, pneumonia, laryngitis, sinusitis and urinary tract infections. This medication also treats bacterial infections of the throat, cervix, pelvis, urethra, skin, middle ear and nasal passage.
Pulmocef 1.5 GM Injection creates a hostile environment for the bacteria to survive. It damages the cell walls of bacteria, prevents the growth of bacteria and therefore eliminates the bacterial infection.
