Hi lybrate-User,
I understand the awful situation
right now you need is to get a urine culture test in the early morning sample. Avoid intercourse until both of you are cured
definitely needs an in person examination and consultation to know what exactly is this as you have been already given all sorts of medicine, if required we need to do a swab test for culture as well.

hopefully that should be ok.
I would advise you not to take any anti-histaminics like cetrizine or allegra or monticope or something of such kind. - not advised in early pregnancy - to avoid damage to growing fetus
keep taking warm fluids
avoid all cold foods
instead use ginger with honey, ginger and black pepper tea

Hello,
Pregnancy test by preganews card test becomes positive as early as one to two days after missed periods.
If negative do repeat it after 7 to 10 days of missed periods.

Hello.
Allegra contains fexofenadine which is fda category c for pregnancy and better to be avoided in within first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
You can take cetirizine or levocetirizine which are fda category b drug.
Hi itching in pregnancy can be due to various reasons and it needs to be investigated. Please get your liver function test to rule out intrahepatic chole stasis of pregnancy ICP) which is very important. Udiliv is effective and safe in pregnancy if ICP present. But baby monitoring also important in ICP. Chlorpheniramine and Cetirizine are preferred to Allegra in pregnancy. Visit your doctor regularly for your babys well being and scans.
