I would recommend that you don't self medicate. Please visit a psychiatrist. Some strategies that can help you with your travel are to focus on the present moment. You can watch your surroundings more mindfully, enjoy your meals, showers, fragrances, etc. If you have traveled in the past and there have been moments when you were not anxious, try to recall what you were doing differently and how you can do more of it.
