Your bp is quite high. It is a silent and harmful disease which affects all organs. You need personal examination and prescription medicine to be taken on long term basis. Please consult your local physician.

Dear lybrate-user yes, it is possible your bp may reduce, but it is also important for your palpitations to be controlled. My advise would be to monitor your blood pressure daily 3 times and maintain a record. If it falls by more than 10 mm systolic, you may contact further. Your diastolic is anywhays still high so that definitely needs to be brought down. Initially the dose of your drugs may have to be titrated till we reach a steady level. Take care.

HI mam fatty liver is the excess accumulation of lipids (representing predominantly triglycerides) is evident within hepatocytes. Your liver enzymes levels are normal .sorbiline converts deposited fat in to lecithin and other similar fats. Lecithin is a type of high density lipid which lowers the cholesterol level in body. You can take it. Along with that you can also take homoeopathic medicines to improve years immunity and resistance. Proper diet and regular exercise will definitely help you.

Sir, madam
I am taking tab. Cilacar 10 mg for high bp but my bp 100/80 and fainting is coming.
You need to urgently reduce your tablet to half. If your blood pressure is still below 120/80 stop the tablet completely.

Any medication can cause side effects, and high blood pressure (hbp) medications are no exception. However, many people do not have side effects from taking hypertension drugs, and often the side effects are mild. Still, it's important to stay informed we need sodium to help maintain blood pressure, regulate fluids, and aid in the function of our nerves and muscles. Low blood pressure might seem desirable, and for some people, it causes no problems. However, for many people, abnormally low blood pressure (hypotension) can cause dizziness and fainting. In severe cases, low blood pressure can be life-threatening. A blood pressure reading lower than 90 millimeters of mercury (mm hg) for the top number (systolic) or 60 mm hg for the bottom number (diastolic) is generally considered low blood pressure.
