Considering your condition you need a good assessment by a surgeon in person. Also regarding use of daflon/venusmin, it should also be started after a proper assessment.

She might be suffering for acute bleeding haemorrhoid. It will be better to consult a surgeon nearby for immediate control of bleeding with the help of banding. Later on, according to the stage of disease, definitively treatment can be formulated.

Hi lybrate-user its unfortunate that you are going through so much pain! but do not panic. Pregnancy leads to piles and constipation. It's just natural. Try to visit a surgeon. Simple sitz bath can give you enough relief. Do not take unsupervised medications.

Mr. lybrate-user. 1. Confirm whether the bleeding is from piles or some other large intestine site. 2. To consult some proctologist near by. 3. There are two choices for confirming. Videorectoscopy and colonoscopy. 4. If you have lost weight in recent past or the blood is mixed with stools then it may not be because of piles. Should rule out tumour in colon or rectum. 5. If it because of piles, get it graded. Because 1st and 2nd degree usually can be managed with life style changes, diet and stool softeners with pile shrinking medicines. Hence confirmation of disease is must.
