Hello lybrate-user, you can take aldosmin tab along with the haemorrhoid medicines. It will help in the healing only by increasing the blood flow. Thanks.

It is difficult to outline the treatment for headache without knowing all the symptoms, severity, location, nature, aggravating and relieving factors and anything else. There are different causes for headache and it needs to be diagnosed correctly before treatment.

Hi all, my father is having headache on the right side of his head for the last 1.5 month. We have got him seen to multiple doctors but no avail. Initially, he took paracetamol but it was of no use. Then we got his eyes checked from ophthalmologist who confirmed everything was fine. Then we took homeopathic medicine for migraine which relieved initially but the pain returned back. Then we went to general physician who gave naprosyn for 3 days and eliwel 10 mg for 10 days .he also added vitamin b-complex capsules to the same .naprosyn was very helpful and eliwel also reduced the pain somewhat .but after finishing the dose the pain has returned .also the doctor asked to do blood tests and calcium/protein tests which showed everything normal .what should I do in this case as we are clueless now .any help on the same will be appreciated.

He needs to do an mri of brain. It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. Do this 1. Take adequate night sleep 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache 3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep. Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime. 4. Don't take stress- pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health. 5. Avoid foods that you know triggers your headache. 6. Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect 7. Drink water. “dehydration can be a big cause of headaches,” for this homeopathic treatment is very effectivefor more details you can consult me.

Yes, pexep cr 12.5 will work for premature ejaculation and its safe and it will also help with your anxiety. So you can just take 1 tablet. Also in addition to that you can also use himalaya himcolin gel or manforce staylong gel to apply on the penis before having sex. Also you can google search for kegel's exercises and masters and johnson's stop and start technique which will help with your problem.

Veloz d capsule sr side effects diarrhea stomach pain dryness in mouth headache dizziness flatulence weakness flu-like symptoms eliwel tablet side effects increased heart rate dryness in mouth constipation weight gain difficulty in urination orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing) this medicine veloz d is a proton pump inhibitor (ppi). It will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day you do not take medicine normal acid production will be there n you will have symptoms. Do this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 12. If its very severe then elevate your bed raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach. This is for long term results but for now to bring your digestive system back on track you need to take medicines. For that I need more details, you can consult me.

If is stress induced Depression the method suggested by you ( Meditation) was welcome but not if it is Biological Depression ,which may not be reduced by them though there are some suggestions that Mild endogenous Depression can also be managed with non pharmocological means. Thanks
