There's no harm in taking it from 4th day of periods.Also if spotting continues, you should switch over to higher dose pills like Novelon or Ovral L.

If you have missed only one tablet take one the moment you remember and take one next morning. Missing one tablet is usually not of consequence but if you miss two stop the strip and wait for periods.

1) if going on now and stop in between she will get more bleeding so complete current packet. 2) later if severe bleeding is not a problem - no need to rake.

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting from date of withdrawal bleeding.

If you had behind femilon on 19th or 20th December then spotting may signal the return of periods. Otherwise it could be due to infection also. I feel you should continue the medicine and get usg repeated.

If you didn't miss any doses, no chance of pregnancy. If you did, take an Ipill to prevent pregnancy.

Start pill within 5-7 days of menses then it will be effective. U can take unwanted 72 if you have unprotected intercourse.

R u married and in pcods u will have irregular periods andto regularise periods we will give Femilon ,not to treat pcods andin pcods u have have an ovulatory cycles ,if u want children then u have to take treatment for anovulatory cycles

Usually femilon is enough but if you don't feel your symptoms are improving, switch over to novelon or krimson 35.
