You can give him ketorol dt single tablet in case of pain and emergency .but you can't rely on medicines and they can't be taken time and again due to several reasons. So you need to go to a dentist and treatment done.

Take:-
tab o2 twice daily for 5 days after meals tab combiflam twice daily for 5 days after meals tab rablet d once daily for 5 days before meals
warm saline rinses between meals ☆if patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days do not take o2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take moxikind cv ☆in case of acute severe pain take tramadol or voveran or 2 tablets of ketorol dt dispersed in water.
I suggest you yo see a dentist and get your tooth treated as there will be only temporary relief of medication .there will be relief only if you remove the cause of pain which in your case may be the tooth .moreover, prescription of medication without seeing the case is not advisable.
