Self-treatment drinking more fluids, eating more high-fibre foods and getting regular exercise may help to relieve constipation. Using stool softeners and laxatives may also help. Take duphalac tab 3 time a day with boile water. Don't eat fast food and junk food also.

Firstly the cause of ulcer should be establishes. You should do a upper gi endoscopy if not done yet. Also get a healthy lifestyle, avoid spicy oily food, also avoid painkillers. Don't lay down in the bed with in 30 mins of eating food. Take tablets like pantoprazole 40 mg once daily 30 mins before breakfast. Eat more green vegetables and banana. If you feel constipated you can take syrup lactihep 15 ml once daily before bed time. Do endoscopy and report to the doctor. Hope it helps.

Increasing your fluid intake which can help prevent further problems with haemorrhoids 4. How many months should I take lactihep syrup if I have piles. I still get blood in poop after 1 month use.
First of all never decide to anal surgery, your anus grip can be loose after surgery & it takes too much time to heal the anus wound, by that time you will also suffer pain and trouble and piles may occur again after surgery, many piles medicines are available in the market but it gives you temporary relief only or you will feel that you are absolutely fine, before treatment anal endoscopy (examination) is must, only ayurvedic kshara sutra therapy or kshar karma is a unique ancient technique, which is proved to be an effective treatment of anorectal disorders. It is commonly recommended in patients suffering from piles. According to world health organisation (who), kshar sutra therapy is better than any modern surgery for piles & fistula. This is nonsurgical procedure so no need of hospitalization or bed rest, piles disease will never be again in life, we will provide you demo video for the treatment procedure, please contact us for more details at sushruta clinic, new delhi-45.

Hello, lactihep syrup is a type of sugar itself, that's why it tastes sweet, but as far as her blood sugar levels are concerned, it is having very low glycemic index. So, no worries she can use it for short term without any problem. For further queries you can consult me here in Lybrate. I would be more than happy to help. Thank you.

Most likely your wife is suffering from anal fissure. Anal fissure can be conveniently treated without surgery by graded kshar karma treatment. In this treatment; graded kshar - a specialized ayurvedic medicine is applied in fissure region. This medicine debrides the fissure and induces healing. Usually, 3-5 graded kshar karma sittings are required for complete healing of fissure at weekly intervals. This is an opd procedure and no hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. Now she should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) followed by application of some soothing ointment or coconut oil in anal region. For easy evacuation of bowel; she should take some stool softening medicine like haritaki powder etc. For further support, you may contact sushruta ano rectal institute.
