Hello Mr. lybrate-user .before recommending any medicine it's good to get proper history so as to reach the point as to whether one really require the drug or not. You like to know the dosage and safety profile of the drug. I recommendation is to always start sildenafil in the smallest dose possible half an hour to one hour before the intercourse. I said this because you are young you won't be requiring much doses, so go with 25 mg. The side effects of I have to say then I would say that as per the documented side effects including - headache ,flushing, prolonged erection (prisapism, defective vision, dizziness, stomach upset etc. But as I said this all are documented side effects .not all get all the side effects .this depends on a person' s susceptibility for the drug side effects. Keeping the side effects on side this drug is actually very effective for getting good erection. Hope this helps. But as a big brother my suggestion would still would be to consult someone as to whether you will a dually need it or not. I would be very happy to help you. Thank you. Wishing you a good health.

Hello-
there is no medical standard for how long it should take a man to ejaculate. Ejaculation is considered premature if it occurs before both partners are satisfied. But please note, it takes at least 15 minutes to induce orgasmic responses for most women.
She deserves at least 15 minutes!
fortunately, ayurveda has a permanent solution for that.
