Taking I pill when one is expecting period delays further because of hormonal changes brought about by I pill.
After taking the high hormonal emergency pill like I pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.
If this does not happen as well as period is missed then do a pregnancy test.
Avoid taking such medications haphazardly, go for proper consultation with an expert and then do as advised in future. Now relax, pregnancy is not a possibility here. Also may turn out irregular but don't worry and in future do as I advised with proper expert's guidelines.

Meprate comes under category x meaning it has been found to cause defects in the fetus. However, the risk is not 100% even if present. You can continue the pregnancy but keep getting frequent ultrasounds and fetal echo at the correct time to rule out anomalies and act accordingly.

It is very important to know about all or none law if it happens in the early pregnancy when you take meprate during organogenesis that is second or third month that can help you in problems in org information but when it is used very early by three to four weeks I don't think so it is a problem since you have a regular period polycystic ovarian syndrome you need to first confirm your dates with expected idli and based on that we can calculate when you took the tablet and based on that we can find out whether it would have affected or not. Always do nt scan and 5th month scan anomalies to rule out abnormalities.

I think you can work out on your other aspects like thyroid profile and sugars as well to find out if it is high may be the reason for irregular period is itself high cholesterol levels hypertension and prolactin so try to regularise it definitely reduce your weight down to 60 kgs from 70 kg. this gradually reduces your duration of cycle prolongation and helps you in having regular periods it simultaneously correct the hypertension and cholesterol levels instead of switching over to medications you can try to switch over to some healthy lifestyle and sleep pattern and try to reduce back to your normal weight which you were long back

This means that your polycystic ovarian syndrome is progressing and meprate is just to bring your period out but not a treatment for polycystic ovarian syndrome any to regularise your period by switching over to proper lifestyle modification with proper sleep pattern and diet and if you are overweight right to reduce your weight and also you need to go for hormone profile test on your day two or three of your period so that we can find out what exactly is the hormone imbalance which is present based on that we can give you treatment.
