Nexpro Rd 40 Capsule Sr For Acidity

My doctor diagnosed me with gastritis and gave me medicine (nexpro 40 mg and ganaton 50 mg) for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I still have my symptoms. Please help.

Just take fennel tea twice a day after meals and honey one teaspoon on empty stomach in the morning. Proper sleep. And some exercise.

Sir I am suffering from acidity since the last one year .i was taking nexpro l as the doctor advised me along with ulgel a.since last month I was taking nexpro rd. Recently diagnosed with ibs. My ultra sound lft and blood tests were normal. I haven't done endoscopy. I sometimes have loose motions but no blood in stool. But sometimes my stool feels burning. And I suffer from anxiety depression and acute gas release.in medication with psychiatric drugs. What to do?

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Try ginger tea after 25 min of your meal only 50 ml .it will improve your digestion and you will be free from acidity too. If you get any best results text me.

I am 47 I have stomach severe acidity if I take food abdominal bloating mucus in stool and slight poop yellow colour in stool please suggest. Feel like bowel movements have not completed please suggest.

There is no any serious harm. But sometimes abdominal burn may b develop. Acidity may b devlop. T. Nexpro rd for relieve.

Sir/madam am suffering from erosive duodenitis and reflux esophagitis with gastritis since 5mnth currently am taking nexpro rd 40 still I have symptoms like epigastric pain stomach fullness and constipation am non diabetic non alcoholic/smoking pls guide steps ahead to manage there is no problem with apatite.

Sir, you need to consult gastroenterologist/ md physician. Nexpro rd is not sufficient. A liquid antacid like ulgel liquids 10 ml after food morning evening without water to add after food, nothing by mouth till 30-40 min. Yet one consulation by superspecialist recommend.

I am suffering from severe gastritis from past few months .tye midnight hunger is severe. Due to this I am not getting enough sleep. Normaxin and nexpro works .but after stopping it again the symptoms starts. I am on diet and following all the lifestyle modification required. Having severe hairloss and loosing weight .sugar and thyroid is not there. The endoscopy report looks normal .please help me on how to stop the midnight hunger.

Hello if endoscopy is normal, you don’t need to worry much. You need to do lifestyle changes and take a proper sleep. Drink plenty of fluids take a high fibre diet you can consult me online for further information and online prescription hopefully you recover soon take care.

Had corona in apr, due to gas found gallstone and has surgery on 8th jun. Still had same issue gas, vomit and sensitive stomach. Endoscopy said antral biopsy is positive for h pylori. starts nexpro kit 6 days ago. No improvement so far. How much time it takes to reflect some gastric relief. Pls help. Every morning time ia hard to manage. Gas issue 24 hrs. Very uncomfortable and I am still on semi solid diet.

This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (ppi).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach.
