Hello lybrate-user, your mother is having discharge or abnormal bleeding? If she is having abnormal bleeding then tranexamic acid is given and if not relieved go for d and c to find. Cause of abnormal bleeding. But if she is having only discharge then she need examination and antibiotics.

That kind of bleeding is common especially after trenexa you need not worry. The depo provera injection is an excellent drug to prevent from pregnancy as well. So as long as you take that injection every 3 months, you are protected from pregnancy. With regards to bleeding, let it run it's course, it will soon stop. It’s very common to have prolonged light bleed. Just breastfeed your baby exclusively with no top feed and ensure you feed 6-8 times a day including night feeds. This decreases spotting.

Hello lybrate-user you have problem of heavy periods and it is due to hormonal disturbance. Your doctor has given you the medicines to regularise the periods, it's just like hormonal therapy and as per their advice you should have to take it long time. But I advise you to start ayurveda medicines for period problem. It will give you permanent solution without any side effects. And you should have to consult either online or offline to authentic ayurveda consultant. Don't prefer self medications or any patanjali stores or just like this type of stores but visit ayurvedic clinics.

Hello lybrate-user. You can take pause mf tablet once you get your period and use it only if the period is heavy and you have abdominal pain. Otherwise need not take it. - and regarding continuous bleeding, you haven't mentioned whether you underwent any scan or not. If not, advise you to get a scan done to know the cause for that.
