You seem to be having anxiety disorder. Increase in bp is common in anxiety disorder. The medications nexito plus and zaptra are both ssris and work for anxiety, but ideally 2 different groups may be selected. I suggest you get a second opinion from an astute psychiatrist either in person or online. If bp continues to be more after control of anxiety, then we can consider medicine for hypertension. Good luck.

It is our perception that can change our current negative situation into a healthy & positive one. Another way of perceiving these feelings of frustration can be by looking at them as an opportunity to push ourselves to go that little extra mile until we achieve our objective. However, there are times when we all can go around in circles; and being in this space can be quite upsetting and lead to feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration and can even cloud our mind and judgment. Hello- You need to diagnose your ED first in order to get any sort of recovery. Contributing causes of impotency include alcohol, cigarettes, arteriosclerosis, sexually transmitted diseases, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances (such as low levels of thyroid hormones) or abusive masturbation. In some instances, impotence results from the lack of sexual desire. This cause may be linked to the loss of attraction to a partner, but it can also result from depression, illness or medications. There are over 200 drugs that may cause impotence.

Hello doctor this is goutam here, I am 29 years old, I have some anxiety, mania and dizziness problem from childhood,...
Has there been further mris done? What has your doctor told you? Additionally are you taking up counseling to manage your behaviour, low concentration, confidence etc? Both line of treatment should run in parallel for overall results. Psychiatric meds do have side effects but they should not be stopped without consultation with your Dr. If you are finding improvements and your Dr. can confirm that then gradually the dosage can be reduced and subsequently stopped. But it is very important to go for counseling to be able to sustain the withdrawal symptoms that you might face once the medicines are stopped. Evaluate yourself as well how are you now as compared to 6 months ago or a year ago. See what positive changes have happened and what are your limitations. Are you able to lead a normal life and are your able to cope with whatever challenges you are facing in your life, or you need to turn to your medicines for support? A healthy lifestyle along with a healthy vibrant mind (brain) shall allow you to live a better life, so focus there. I am sure you shall be fine and better equipped if you follow the recommendation I gave.

Hi lybrate-user, your english was completely understandable. Your main concern is to reduce medicines. I understand that completely. The only thing to know is if you are comfortable when you don't take medicines. If yes, you can gradually stop. If not you may have to continue medicines. For that it is important to know what side effects you are facing due to medicines.
