Roseday capsule is used to treat heart attacks, strokes, and chest pain. Stop using this medicine and call your doctor at once if you have:

• Ringing in your ears, confusion, hallucinations, rapid breathing, seizure (convulsions).
• Severe nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain.
• Bloody or tarry stools, coughing up blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds.
• Fever lasting longer than 3 days.
• Swelling, or pain lasting longer than 10 days.

• Stroke

• Hypersensitivity

• Headache

• Flushing Of Face

• Dizziness

• Nausea

• Diarrhoea

• Decreased Blood Pressure

• Is It safe with alcohol?

  Consult your doctor before consuming alcohol.

• Are there any pregnancy warnings?

  Pregnant women must consult doctor before using this medication.

• Are there any breast-feeding warnings?

  This medication is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

• Is it safe to drive while on this medicine?

  This medication may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.

• Does this affect kidney function?

  This medication is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease.

• Does this affect liver function?

  This medication is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

This medication is composed of Aspirin(ASA), Rosuvastatin, Clopidogrel. Aspirin(ASA) is a drug very commonly used to treat fever, pain and inflammation. Rosuvastatin is a selective and competitive inhibitor of HMG-CoA reductase, the rate-limiting enzyme that converts 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A to mevalonate, a precursor for cholesterol. Clopidogrel is a prodrug with anticoagulatory properties that is broken down by CYP450 enzymes to its active metabolite that prevents adenosine diphosphate (ADP) from binding to its platelet P2Y12 receptor.
