About Rozustat F Tablet

Rozustat F Tablet, is a very beneficial medicine that can help to reduce ‘bad’ cholesterol and fats such as LDL and triglycerides. An accumulation of such fats can cause the thickening of arteries known as atherosclerosis. It helps to increase the number of enzymes in the body that helps to break down excess fats that have been deposited over time.

You shouldn’t take this medicine if you suffer from liver, gall bladder or kidney disease. If you’re allergic to it or are breastfeeding, it must not be prescribed. Inform your doctor if you have diabetes or a thyroid disorder.

    This medication belongs to the class of drugs known as a fibrate. It is mainly used for treating cholesterol levels for people at risk of developing cardiovascular disease. It works by stimulating lipoprotein lipase and decreasing the formation of apoprotein C-III which in turn leads to a reduction of low-density cholesterol and very low-density cholesterol, triglyceride levels and an increase in high-density lipoprotein.
