Advice.
Avoid sitting cross legged.
Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

apply rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Dear, you are taking a lot of guggulu based medication. Please share the dosage. For local application try using a combination of vishgarbha tailam 1 part with narayan tailam 2 parts and massage gently in the the back muscles which have stiffened. Post this application you can try fomentation by using a dry sand wrapped in a thick cloth heated on a tava or steel plate. Incase if you experience pain post application of oil avoid using the same but the fomentation would help.
