Chance are good. If you can plan your time of sexual inter course during the period of ovulation which generally occurs 5- 10 days after the taking the tab.
So be relax, keep mentally at ease. No severe physical exertion/
keep good healthy routine
go for morning walk for 30 mts daily
have good healthy diet with more vegetables and fruits
take more liquids
do some deep breathing exercise mentally have a desire of conceiving during the first cycle.

You should continue scan. As it may develop at 14th day or some days later. Don't give up. Wait and watch. Also even if it doesn't develop, this sonography reading will be helpful as pilot reading as it will show the pattern of your menstrual cycle.

Each siphene cycle success rate is less than 10%.If other confounding factors present success rate is less further.So keep your fingers crossed and go for back to back 4-6 siphene cycles with follicular study each month under a fertility consultant .
