About Solvin Cold Af Syrup

This medication is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of histamine in the body. It is used for relieving common cold symptoms such as the stuffy nose, itching of the throat and nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. This medication works by decreasing swelling in the nose and ears which makes breathing easier and lessens any discomfort.

You are advised to not use this medicine if you are allergic to it or if you are taking sodium oxybate, furazolidone or a monoamine oxidase inhibitor. Before using this drug, inform your doctor if you have breathing problems, glaucoma, heart problems, liver disease, high blood pressure, seizures and an overactive thyroid.
