For a toothache, the permanent solution is only identification of the cause and its treatment. Antibiotics alone can, at best, give you temporary relief, and often, create additional problems, as in your case. Consult your dentist again so they may either stop, or change, your antibiotics, as necessary, and begin definitive treatment of the actual dental problem causing your trouble. Complete the course of antibiotic that you have started and if symptoms are unbearable or fever recurs again than do some blood investigation.
