toothpaste r only cleaning agents n do not cure any dental probs. they help clean ur teeth. various brands differ only in colour n flavour. using proper brushing techniques with any toothpaste 'll b sufficient.

Most probably there is food lodgement between teeth which is leading to bleeding. Brush well & rinse after every meal. You can massage you gums at that place by stolin gumpaint for 2-3 minutes
