About Surfaz-Sn Cream

Surfaz-Sn Cream is primarily for the topical treatment of various dermal fungal infections. It is a combination of medicament containing Betamethasone, Clotrimazole, and Neomycin. It is helpful in treating many skin diseases including psoriasis and dermatitis and various others as well.

This medicament also alleviates inflammatory symptoms including swelling, itching and redness. It is for external use only; do not use on open wounds. usually, it is applied twice daily, but you need to follow the doctors prescription for its dosage.

Before applying, the patient must clean the skin and dry it. Also, he must wash and dry his hands before applying the medicament. You must rinse with water if its get into your eyes, mouth, nose or vagina.

It may take a few days and even weeks for the symptoms of the disease to get improved. You must complete the course of treatment to ensure complete and better medicaments efficacy. One must inform their doctor if the condition does not improves or get worse.

    How does this medication work?

    Surfaz-Sn Cream is a potent glucocorticoid with minimal mineralocorticoid action. It decreases inflammation by inhibiting the migration of leukocytes and reduces the permeability of capillaries and inhibiting prostaglandins and other inflammatory mediators. It also binds to phospholipids in the fungal cell membrane and alters it''s permeability and binds itself to 30S-subunit proteins and also 16S rRNA. It attaches irreversibly to a total of four nucleotides of 16S rRNA and one protein S12 amino acid. This causes interference when it comes to decoding the site.
