There can be observer variation in measuring length of cervix. As long as it is more than 2.5 cm there is nothing to worry. Also if you have not gone into preterm labour before chances are very low unless your pregnancy this time has developed any new complications. You can continue to take susten tablet as advised but there is no evidence to show that bed rest in pregnancy prevents preterm labour.

if you feel dizziness with susten 200, you can take vaginal preparation of natural progestogens. get your urine culture and sensitivity test and revert back with report

The negative tests mean that you have not conceived.
The period may be delayed as you have been given a high dose of progesterone ( Duphaston and Susten )....so wait for the menses to occur, or meet your Gynec, who may repeat the Urine test or ask for a Beta HCG levels

Is IgM positive? then you will have to worry. IgG positive means you are immune to Rubella, which actually is GOOD for you.
