About Tetminol Soap

Tetminol Soap is used for the prevention, treatment and control of scabies. It is also given to people to manage alcoholism.

On using Tetminol Soap you may experience side effects such as vomiting, nausea, headache, drowsiness, dizziness, vertigo, insomnia, psychosis, convulsions, decreased sexual libido, optic neuritis, erythematous rash and fatigue. If your reactions persist or become worse over time seek the help of your health care provider as soon as possible.

Before using this medication notify your doctor if: you are allergic to any ingredient contained within Tetminol Soap, you are allergic to any food or medicine or substance, you are taking any prescription or non-prescription drugs or herbal products or dietary supplements, you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant or are nursing a baby.

The dosage for this medication should be prescribed by the doctor based on your age, overall medical history, the allergies you have and the current condition. The usual dose in adults for alcohol dependence is 500 mg given orally once daily. The maintenance dose is 250 mg taken orally once daily.
