About Tibrolin Tablet
Tibrolin tablet is a combination of Bromelain, Trypsin, Rutoside which is used to treat pain, cellulitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and recurrent otitis media.
This medication is usually taken between meals, so as to prevent it from meddling with the digestive system. It is important that you stop taking this medication about two weeks before any surgery as it can potentially cause more bleeding. This medication may interact with certain antibiotics and anticoagulants, therefore inform your doctor about the medication you are taking.

How does this medication work?
This medication is a protease enzyme derived from the stems of pineapples. It selectively inhibits proinflammatory prostaglandin biosynthesis, is an analgesic, and displays anticancer and pro-apoptotic properties. Secondly, it breaks down the peptides taking recourse to hydrolysis reaction. The peptides are deconstructed into amino acid building blocks. The working nature is a catalytic mechanism.
