About Torleva 100 MG Syrup
Torleva syrup, an anticonvulsant, combined with other medicines helps in treating different types of seizures in adults and children who are suffering from epilepsy. This medication is also used to treat partial-onset (seizure affecting in one part of the brain), tonic-clonic (affecting your entire brain) and myoclonic (jerking/twitching of muscles) seizures in epileptic patients. It needs to be prescribed with caution to elderly people and children.
This medication helps in decreasing the abnormal activities that happens in the brain during seizure. The syrup is available in both liquid and tablet forms. It should be taken orally. Some medical conditions may have an interaction with this syrup. In case, you are planning a baby or you are pregnant, the doctor should be informed.
