About Trapic Mf Tablet

Trapic MF tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding and acute pain that occurs with menstrual disorders. This tablet is composed of two combination of drugs- mefenamic and tranexamic.

Mefenamic is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), prescribed for dysmenorrhea and other pain. It decreases inflammation and uterine contractions while Tranexamic is an antifibrinolytic agent, used for reduction or prevention of excessive menstrual bleeding.

This drug is also used for prevention of bleeding due to other conditions like peptic ulcer, bypass surgery, prostatic surgery, overdose of fibrinolytics. It is useful for treating hemophilia patients after surgical procedures.

It blocks the breakdown of blood clots. Store medicine at regular room temperature, away from any heat and direct light. Do not freeze it unless instructed by the package. Keep the drug away from children and pets. Before using trapic Tablet, inform your doctor about any medication you may be taking. Some health conditions can make you more prone to the side-effects of the drug.
