This medication is composed of Ambroxol, Guaifenesin, Menthol and Terbutaline. It is a systemically active mucolytic agent which works by breaking down the structure of mucus in the lungs and therefore facilitating expectoration. The syrup treats cough accompanied by elevated mucus production.
